Guangdong will issue a special plan for pollution control of diesel trucks, and it is planned to fully supply the national six-standard vehicle diesel from September.

The first meeting of the Central Financial and Economic Committee held last month pointed out that to fight a tough battle against pollution, it is necessary to fight several landmark major battles, including "fighting a tough battle against pollution of diesel trucks" to ensure obvious results in three years.

The reporter learned from the Provincial Environmental Protection Department on the 24th that there is an implementation roadmap for Guangdong to fight the battle against diesel truck pollution-the "Special Plan for Pollution Control of Diesel Truck in Guangdong Province (2018-2020)" organized by the Provincial Environmental Protection Department (draft for comments) is open for comments from all localities and relevant provincial departments and units.

According to the exposure draft, it is proposed to adhere to the overall planning of "vehicle oil circuit" and organize three major campaigns to adjust the transportation structure, improve the cleanliness level of vehicles and improve the quality of oil products. By 2020, the number of diesel trucks in all parts of the province will not exceed the 2017 level, and the average light absorption coefficient of the initial inspection of diesel trucks in the province will decrease by 20% compared with 2017 (the Pearl River Delta will decrease by 30%), and the emission level of nitrogen oxides will drop significantly.

According to the exposure draft, since September 1 this year, the province has fully supplied motor diesel that meets the national six standards; Before the end of 2020, the whole province will realize the "three-oil integration" of vehicle diesel, ordinary diesel, river-sea direct and inland marine fuel. The reporter learned that in fact, in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the national six standard gasoline and diesel have been used first since October 2017.
